In all cases a deposit of 30% of the total booking is required. Salina Residences & Villas reserves the right to cancel unconfirmed bookings if there are no valid credit card details or deposit made.
Parking at Salina Residences & Salina SPA Villas is offered FREE to customers, subject to availability. There is usually ambient free car parking space in front of the premises.
Please keep a copy of the reservation as well as the bank deposit receipt of your deposit to be demonstrated on arrival. By making a reservation, you are fully aware of the booking, payment and cancellation policies of Salina Premium Residences and Salina SPA Villas.
The amount of the deposit that will be withheld during the online booking will be equal to 30% of the total amount.
Upon completion of the online booking process, you will receive an automatic booking confirmation via email.
Please CHECK IMMEDIATELY the correctness of the confirmation information (name, arrival and departure date, destination-villa or residence-, etc.) and inform the management of Salina Villas & Residences in case you find an error.
- Rates are in euro (€) and include all applicable taxes.
- Breakfast is not included but can be offered upon request at an additional price.
- Credit is made only to companies, organizations and travel agencies that have been approved by the accounting department of Salina Premium Residences and up to the amount approved by the specific department of Salina Premium Residences.
Villas & Apartments’ Use
1. Policies about children:

2. Quiet hours:
Residents must respect the hours of silence as defined by Greek law.
- Summer: from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 to 07:00
- Winter: from 15:30 to 17:30 and from 22:00 to 07:30
Parties and/or events are not allowed.
4. Smoking policy:
Smoking is not permitted inside the apartments.
5. Smoke detectors:
Smoke detectors are operated in all apartments for everyone’s safety.
6. Check In – Check Out:
- Check-in time is from 15:00
- Check-out time is until 11:00
If you arrive earlier and your apartment is ready you can check in. The day of arrival is calculated in full of the rent, regardless of the time of arrival.
In case of staying beyond 12:00 and until 18:00 you will need to pay 50% of the daily rent, while for staying beyond 18:00, you will need to pay the full rent of that day.
7. Age restriction:
Main guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.

There is a sofa bed available in every apartment. The extra guests (above the 2 persons that will sleep in bedroom) need to sleep in sofa bed, regardless of their age, will be charged at an additional cost of 10€/night
- If reservation is canceled or modified up to 60 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. In this case of cancellation you will be refunded the amount of the deposit in full.
- If reservation is canceled up to 30 days before date of arrival, the 50 % of the cost of stay will be charged.
- If the reservation is canceled up to 15 days before date of arrival, the total cost of stay will be charged.
Changes through the online system are possible in the sense of canceling the previous booking and making a new booking, with different characteristics. This procedure is subject to the same conditions as described above for booking cancellations.
Cancellation procedure for direct bookings
Upon completion of the online booking process, the user receives an automatic booking confirmation via email. The text of the message includes a hyperlink, which should be used by the user in case he wants to cancel or change the reservation.
